The project aimed to automate the entry of approximately 1,400 docket codes, reducing manual data entry, errors, and staff training time. By implementing a modern Generative AI platform, they were able to correlate, extract, parse, and organize key information from unstructured court documents, integrating it with third-party applications like Benchmark case management software.
