A Large County Automates Court Docketing with GenAI

Mitch Suter & Vince Hanson-
This session will showcase how a large county transformed their court docketing process using intelligent automation with OnBase and Haystack AI. The project aimed to automate the entry of approximately 1,400 docket codes, reducing manual data entry, errors, and staff training time. By implementing a modern Generative AI platform, they were able to correlate, extract, parse, and organize key information from unstructured court documents, integrating it with third-party applications like Benchmark case management software. This transformation has significantly improved accuracy, efficiency, and security in the court docketing process.
